Where are you located?

Our subdivision is located off of Arizona's Highway 60 approximately 10 miles east of Show Low. There are four entrances to the subdivision, County Road 3174, 3168, 3167 and 3171 (in order from west to east).

When are my HOA dues required to be paid?

Effective 2023 dues are collected in January for that year, $50 for 2023. Each month payment is late is an additional $5 fine. For example, payment on or after Feb 1st will incur a $5 fine, total due is $55.

What size home can I build?

According to the CC&R’s Article III #2: “shall have at least 900 square feet of living area."

How many homes can I build on my property?

According to the CC&Rs Article III #2: "Not more than one single family detached residence..."

Do I need to get approval before I begin building?

According to the CC&Rs Article II: "...plans and specifications and model number, where appropriate...shall be submitted to and approved by Declarant..."

What WiFi providers are available?

If your property has a clear view of the Standford Knoll it is said that WiPower will provide great service. To contact WiPower call 813-891-4700. Other options include a cellular service hotspot or satellite service such as Starlink.

Can I receive mail at Northfork?

There is no US Postal Service home delivery. Post office boxes are available at the Vernon Post Office, Show Low Post Office and Concho Post Office. Also there are a limited number of lock boxes on 3167 that do receive postal service delivery via Concho.

Do FedEx and UPS deliver to Northfork Ranch?

Both FedEx and UPS deliver to our subdivision. If you need assistance in getting a package delivered contact FedEx at 928-532-2814 or UPS at 928-537-8317.

Which Fire Department serves our area?

We are part of the Vernon Fire District. To contact the fire department for non emergency needs call 928-537-4895.

To report a non emergency call the Apache County Sheriff's Office at 928-337-4321, option 6 for dispatch.
